- Screen candidates to narrow the field for specific job openings
- Forward the information of potential hires to the appropriate department manager
- Help with salary and benefits negotiations
- Keep accurate records on candidates and the processes followed
Health Care Recruiter Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
- 1+ years of health care recruiting experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with a team
