Field Worker Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Worker to help us with harvesting and to help us load the crops we harvest onto trucks. Depending on your skills and availability, we may ask you to assist us with property maintenance, such as painting fences or fixing equipment. This position is open to anyone with a strong work ethic, but we are looking for someone who has experience working on a farm. You should feel comfortable performing labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.
Field Worker Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with crop harvesting
- Perform weeding and other lawn care tasks as needed
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Assist with the general upkeep of the property, including painting and mending fences
- Provide basic care to animals on the property
Field Worker Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate (a plus)
- Farming experience preferred
- Physical stamina to perform tasks in various weather conditions
- Flexible schedule during harvest
- Experience with common hand and measuring tools
