Field Trainer Job Summary

Our restaurant group is seeking a Field Trainer to join our NRO (new restaurant opening) team. In addition to helping us open new locations, you will travel to existing stores to train employees about new promotions or electronic systems, such as Kronos. Part of this role involves developing supplemental training or informational materials, including employee handbooks or instructional handouts. Since you will be tasked with upholding quality standards across multiple locations, we expect all applicants to have experience in guest services and restaurant management.

Field Trainer Duties and Responsibilities

  • Travel to new locations and provide training as part of the opening team
  • Travel to stores to train employees on new marketing initiatives or systems
  • Develop or update supplemental materials, such as employee handbooks
  • Develop in-store training activities
  • Work with on-site managers to uphold business standards across all locations

Field Trainer Requirements and Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree a plus
  • Industry experience (in guest services or restaurant management)
  • Ability to travel
  • Attention to detail
  • Bilingual communication skills a plus (English/Spanish)
