Our company needs a Facility Maintenance Manager to keep our building and grounds in top shape. We prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, but we are happy to work with those with several years of facility management experience. You need to be familiar with various facility systems, such as HVAC, refrigeration, PLC, and electricity. You also need experience using a wide variety of power tools, hand tools, carpet steaming equipment, and ground maintenance equipment. You are primarily responsible for preventative maintenance, but you may have to make large repairs as well. You may work with harsh chemicals, such as ammonia or a conformal coater, so you should be familiar with safety best practices.
