Enrollment Representative Job Summary

Our company is hiring an Enrollment Representative to be the primary contact between providers and payers regarding enrollment questions and issues. In this role, your responsibility is to monitor the enrollment process to ensure it is completed in a timely manner while maintaining compliance. This involves guiding clients through the application process by giving them the right forms and checking for accuracy or any missing information. You may work to help students enroll for school or to help customers enroll in an insurance program. Our ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as general knowledge of the industry in which we work. Having prior customer service sales or consulting experience is a plus.

Enrollment Representative Duties and Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls and explain enrollment programs and eligibility requirements to clients
  • Follow up with clients as needed through outbound calling
  • Collect required documentation and ensure it is filled out properly
  • Screen filing applications and change forms as needed
  • Address any enrollment issues or setbacks
  • Perform accurate data entry using a database

Enrollment Representative Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • General knowledge of the industry
  • Basic computer and phone skills
  • Attention to detail
