Electrician Job Summary

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Electrician. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems, as well as electrical components for industrial machinery. We work with both residential and commercial clients, so you must be able to diagnose and repair electrical wiring problems in a variety of homes and commercial buildings, such as outlets, lighting, servers, and electronic equipment connections. Our ideal candidate has at least two years of professional experience and has extensive knowledge of different types of electrical networks.

Electrician Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review job calls each day
  • Identify electrical problem areas on-site that need replacement or repair
  • Perform repair or replace wiring when necessary
  • Troubleshoot and ensure that the electrical system is working properly before leaving client location
  • Maintain and store tools and equipment properly

Electrician Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an electrician program at a vocational school or an electrician apprenticeship
  • Current electrician license
  • 2+ years of electrician experience preferred
  • Proficient with standard industry tools and techniques
  • Able to read blueprints and schematic drawings
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
