- Develop training techniques and motivate team members to perform well
- Visit each store regularly to perform productivity audits
- Make changes or recommendations to staff on how to improve performance
- Ensure all locations comply with company policies
- Address customer service issues and problems in district performance
- Make decisions based on financial analysis
- Meet performance objectives and initiatives from upper management
District Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate (bachelor's degree preferred)
- At least 2-3 years of multi-unit operations experience
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
