Dental Assistant Job Summary

The dental assistant will greet patients, lead them to the examining room, and prepare them to see the dentist. Main responsibilities include assisting the dentist in examining and cleaning the patients’ teeth. May also perform some dental procedures on own if qualified. Dental Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

  • Current certification in CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation)
  • X-Ray Certification: Meet all local and state requirements to operate radiography equipment
