Contract Recruiter Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a relevant field
  • Recruiting experience
  • CIR and AIRS certifications (preferred)
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Existing relationships with universities and professional organizations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
