Clinical Trial Manager Job Summary

We are searching for a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee drug tests at our research facility. In this position, your main priority is ensuring that our trials meet government, industry, and good clinical practice (GCP) standards. You will work with the pharmaceutics or biotechnology company that is sponsoring the clinical study to assess their needs. You will then work with the medical professionals involved in the trial to help them meet those needs without violating ethical or legal regulations. Our ideal applicant has a bachelor's degree in biology or chemistry and several years of clinical research experience.

Clinical Trial Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet with the trial sponsor to determine what they need from the study
  • Work with the medical professionals to develop a legal and ethical trial
  • Ensure all test subjects have filled out the proper paperwork
  • Monitor the trials for compliance issues
  • Report on the results to the sponsor
