Career Coach Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, or a field related to vocational development
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience with advising, mentorship, and leading classroom activities
- Multilingualism (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with common administrative software
