Career Coach Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, or a field related to vocational development
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Prior experience with advising, mentorship, and leading classroom activities
  • Multilingualism (strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency with common administrative software
