Job description

The Account CTA role requires understanding the customer’s business challenges and technology landscape, and align the right resources to design effective and the most appropriate solutions. Working closely with sales leadership team, delivery teams, and technology partners, you will identify customer opportunities, design and shape winning solutions, and accelerate digital transformation through emerging technologies, including AI. What You'll Do Lead our Pre-Sales opportunities and ongoing technology discussions and strategic engagements with customers. Build and present innovative technology solutions, complex deal solutions, proposals, and proactive transformation roadmaps. Architect end-to-end solutions across IT, network, and enterprise ecosystems. Develop compelling business cases for the adoption of emerging and disruptive technologies. Drive complex deal pursuits, including managed services and digital transformation engagements. Partner with solution architects, subject matter experts, delivery teams, and strategic technology partners to develop differentiated solutions. Build strong relationships with senior business and technology executives, including C-suite stakeholders. Stay ahead of industry trends and technology advancements to bring innovative ideas and thought leadership to customers. Identify and monetize growth opportunities while ensuring solutions align with customer business objectives.
