Job Overview

Senior Manager, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance

Location: Denver, hybrid (in‑office Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Compensation: $126,000‑$180,000 base salary + annual bonus target.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an investment thesis, communicating the company’s business strategy and financial performance in compliance with SEC and NYSE disclosure rules.
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop IR and communication strategies aimed at delivering a top‑quartile Total Shareholder Return.
  • Drive all aspects of the quarterly earnings process: earnings release, scripts, Q&A, investor presentation, creation of board materials, and maintenance of the IR website.
  • Build and enhance relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders; maintain CRM database and lead targeting activities.
  • Organize investor days, non‑deal roadshows (NDRs), and investor conferences.
  • Develop and implement a competitive intelligence framework; monitor consumer sector developments.
  • Support long‑term financial planning and quarterly business review processes; leverage data and analytics to inform decision‑making.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to financial regulations and disclosure laws (e.g., Regulation FD).
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations or Strategic & Brand Finance; background in Equity Research or Investment Banking preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Workiva, Bloomberg or FactSet a plus.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills; ability to connect financials with business insights.
  • Self‑starter with a bias for action, ownership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Relationship builder and collaborator with strong stakeholder‑management capabilities.
  • Travel requirement: 1‑3 times per quarter, including international travel.
