Rose Senior Living Beachwood is recruiting for a hospitality focused Scheduler to join our team!

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Scheduler:

  • Coordinates and schedules direct care staff members.
  • Ensures adequate staffing coverage for community, calls out and maintains shift coverage to community requirements.
  • Oversees and monitors quality care is being performed to community residents by direct care staff.
  • Responsible for maintaining relationship with resident families to ensure quality care is received.
  • Tracks attendance of direct care staff.
  • Offers in-service and training as needed to direct care staff.
  • Approves bi-weekly timecard process for payroll.
  • Additional administrative assignments as assigned.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

  • High School Education.
  • Management position in related healthcare environment.
  • Scheduling experience preferred.

Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, working flexible shifts, on call.
