Job Title: Schedule Integrator

Job Description

This onsite Schedule Integrator role supports a high-profile U.S. Navy weapon system program as a prime contractor. The position focuses on developing, integrating, and managing large and complex project schedules into a cohesive Integrated Master Schedule, while ensuring alignment with program milestones and industry best practices. The Schedule Integrator collaborates closely with multiple technical program teams, communicates clearly across stakeholders, and proactively identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves complex scheduling issues to support successful program execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and execute scheduling and planning processes that support the execution of technical program requirements using Microsoft Project and related tools.
  • Integrate multiple project schedules into an Integrated Master Schedule that aligns with program milestones and adheres to established scheduling best practices.
  • Create, implement, and maintain schedule template files for use across broad programs and projects, enabling consistent tracking of similar events across multiple disconnected schedules.
  • Evaluate integrated schedules using a variety of schedule data filters to generate schedule outputs, reports, and exports tailored to program needs.
  • Assist planners and schedulers in the creation, maintenance, updating, analysis, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Project schedules to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage complex schedule management and integration processes for major programs, ensuring that all schedule elements remain synchronized and up to date.
  • Build schedule visualization products from multiple complex Microsoft Project schedules using tools such as OnePager to communicate schedule status and plans to stakeholders.
  • Manage the execution of schedule updates and baseline changes as part of a routine business execution process, ensuring proper integration and configuration control.
  • Establish, document, and manage schedule development and management standards and processes used across multiple programs and project offices.
  • Define, track, and report schedule management metrics and reports as outputs from the schedule integration process to evaluate overall program health and performance.
  • Collaborate with technical and program teams to ensure schedule inputs are accurate, realistic, and reflect current program priorities and constraints.
  • Communicate schedule status, risks, and issues clearly and professionally to stakeholders, and support decision-making with data-driven schedule analysis.

Essential Skills

  • Demonstrated experience overseeing large program schedules and implementing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project Professional for developing, integrating, and managing complex project schedules.
  • Experience using OnePager or similar schedule visualization tools to produce clear and informative schedule graphics and reports.
  • Experience using SSI Tools for Microsoft Project as a schedule integration tool.
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, including pivot tables, cell equations, and functions to support schedule analysis and reporting.
  • Experience using Microsoft SharePoint to support schedule-related collaboration, document management, and information sharing.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex schedule information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear schedule reports, documentation, and process descriptions.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple technical teams and program offices.
  • Ability to recognize, troubleshoot, and resolve complex schedule issues in a fast-paced program environment.
  • Eligibility to work on U.S. Navy weapon system programs, including any required citizenship status.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI to create dashboards and visualizations that support schedule and program performance analysis.
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira and associated workflows to integrate agile work management with traditional scheduling processes.
  • Experience using Ceptah Bridge as an integration tool between Jira and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with Kidasa Milestones for additional schedule visualization and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Primavera P6 and its application to complex program scheduling.
  • Familiarity with schedule best practices, standards, and methodologies used in large defense or complex engineering programs.
  • Background in program planning, scheduling, or project controls in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Ability to develop and refine scheduling processes and standards to improve consistency and quality across programs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
