Job description

  • Lead the creation and identification of recurring revenue streams across HP from a Finance perspective
  • Lead planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of recurring revenue across the organization
  • Allocate financial and human capital for programs and projects and ensure timely and effective delivery of financial programs
  • Develop and maintain financial policies, standards, and guidelines with stakeholders
  • Advise executive management on strategic business direction and develop organizational policies
  • Perform talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching, and career development
  • Lead finance and business teams through business model and reporting changes
  • Develop and delegate SaaS and recurring revenue knowledge across finance and business organizations
Requirements
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
  • 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of prior people management experience
  • Deep ARR/SaaS experience in business models, technical accounting, and external reporting
  • Ability to work and influence within a matrix organization across business and finance teams
  • Prior M&A experience
  • MBA preferred
  • CPA preferred
