Whether your long-term goal is to join Chick-fil-A Corporate, earn your own franchise as an Owner/Operator, or launch your own independent venture, this program equips you with the transferable skills, strategic mindset, and operational ownership to get there.

Leadership Development Responsibilities:

  • Learn and excel in all restaurant operations
  • Learn to lead shifts and manage high sales operations
  • Develop and lead other shift leaders
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Complete FTS training rotations ( Opportunity to travel to help grand open restaurants)
  • Follow and grow from individual personal improvement plans
