Position Overview

The VEP Manager is responsible for driving dealership sales by identifying service customers who qualify for vehicle upgrade opportunities and guiding them into the sales process. This role serves as the link between the service and sales departments, ensuring customers receive a seamless and positive upgrade experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify qualified service customers for upgrade opportunities using equity, mileage, and incentive data.
  • Engage customers in the service drive, explain the VEP program, and assess their vehicle needs.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to transition interested customers into the sales process.
  • Track leads, appointments, and conversions in the CRM system.
  • Monitor service appointments and prioritize highvalue opportunities.
  • Report weekly and monthly performance metrics to dealership leadership.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Automotive sales or service experience required; VEP or equitybased sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced dealership environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and dealership software.
  • Strong organizational and followup abilities.
  • Professional, customerfocused, and teamoriented mindset.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
