  • Support board governance activities for multiple 1940 Act ETF trusts, including coordination of board meetings, preparation and review of board materials, trustee communications, governance reporting, and follow-up on action items.
  • Assist with governance-related initiatives and regulatory requirements applicable to registered investment companies and ETF issuers.
  • Prepare presentation materials for board meetings, client engagements, business development opportunities, and prospect meetings.
  • Provide support and insights regarding ETF trading, capital markets, and operational processes across multiple asset classes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving trading, operations, compliance, legal, fund administration, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of impromptu and ad hoc projects, working independently to deliver solutions on tight timelines.
  • Represent Tidal's trading, capital markets, and strategic relationship functions in client meetings, industry discussions, and partner conversations.
  • Maintain awareness of applicable regulatory and compliance requirements and support internal adherence to established standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of ETF operational workflows, including creation/redemption processes, fund operations, and trading mechanics.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives, trustees, portfolio managers, operations teams, and external partners.
  • Ability to translate technical and operational concepts into clear, actionable communication for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to take ownership of new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting board governance activities for a 1940 Act ETF issuer, trust, or registered investment company.
  • Familiarity with trustee board processes, governance reporting, board materials, and regulatory requirements under the Investment Company Act of 1940.
  • Experience working directly with ETF trading, capital markets, or operations teams at an issuer, broker-dealer, market maker, fund administrator, or service provider.
