The Short Version

We need a setter who can connect with warm leads, run short qualification calls, and book consultations for our closer team.You're not cold calling strangers. You're reaching out to people who already signed up, opted in, or expressed interest in our AI tools. If you can build rapport fast, qualify with purpose, and set appointments that actually show up, you'll make great money here in this trending niche.


About Us

Our last offer generated over $55 million in online sales. We ranked #148 on the Inc. 5000. We built one of the top online education companies in the country, and now we're building our next business within the AI space.


Our current offer you'll be focused on is the AI Business Accelerator, a 10-week program that helps established business owners (people already making money, not beginners) scale their operations using AI systems, automation, and lead generation. Programs range from $2,000 to $35,000.


We've been through massive growth before. We know what a winning sales team looks like, and we're building one that can scale beyond $1M/month. We're about 8mo into the ground floor opportunity of that build.


What You'll Do

  • Contact 30-40 warm leads per day via phone, text, and Zoom
  • Run 15-30 minute AI implementation calls on Zoom, walking new toolkit users through the platform and identifying who's ready for the next step
  • Qualify leads based on revenue, business type, goals, and readiness
  • Schedule qualified prospects for consultation calls with our closer team
  • Do confirmation calls on every closer appointment to drive show rates up
  • Hit 25+ sets per week (5+ per day)
  • Keep CRM notes tight so the closer knows exactly who they're talking to and why
  • Participate in weekly team trainings and use the on-demand training center to sharpen your skills

Compensation

This role has multiple income streams that stack:

  • $100/day bonus when you hit 5 qualified sets
  • 2.5% commission on every deal your sets generate (when the closer closes, you get paid too)
  • Milestone bonuses for hitting weekly and monthly set targets
  • At target volume (25 sets/week), on-track earnings are $57,000 - $117,000/year depending on close rates and deal mix
  • Everything is uncapped. The more sets you book, the more your closer closes, the more you earn.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Sales experience (phone, Zoom, or in-person). Doesn't have to be years, but you need to know how to talk to people and move a conversation forward.
  • Comfortable making 30-40 outbound touches per day (calls, texts, DMs)
  • High energy and naturally warm on the phone and on camera
  • Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and your own computer
  • Available during USA business hours (8am-5pm)
  • Organized with CRM data entry. Your handoff notes matter. If the closer doesn't know who they're talking to, the deal suffers.
  • Comfortable with performance-based pay. There's a daily bonus structure so you earn as you go, but this is not a salary position.


Preferred (not required):

  • Experience in a setter, SDR, or BDR role
  • Familiarity with AI, GoHighLevel, Close CRM, or similar tools
  • Experience qualifying for high-ticket programs ($2,000+)
  • Prior investment in your own sales development or training


This role is NOT for you if:

  • You only want to send emails and texts. This role requires live phone and Zoom calls every day.
  • You need a guaranteed salary. The daily bonus gives you a floor, but this is a performance-based role.
  • You're not comfortable being held to daily and weekly KPIs. We track sets, show rates, and conversion. That's how we improve.
  • You see setting as a stepping stone you'll abandon in 2 months. We invest in training you. We need people who are committed to growing with us.


Growth Path

Top setters at our company have a clear path forward. Hit consistent KPIs as a setter and you'll be considered for a closer role as the team grows. Closers earn $165K-$183K/year at OTE. We're scaling toward $1M/month+. As the team grows, leadership roles open up. Get in early and grow with us.
