THE COMPANY
Galvion designs, develops, and manufactures ballistic helmets and dynamic power and data management solutions for the modern battlefield. We are a passionate, global, and fast-paced team collaborating with several strategic partners and are committed to enhancing the overall agility and survivability of the modern warfighter and tactical operator.


THE OPPORTUNITY

In this role you will be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in creating and maintaining process maps. Working closely with the Project Management team in providing regular updates on project updates to Senior Leadership Team. Position will require some regular travel to Newport, Vermont.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
A typical day may include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document ERP business requirements for all end-to-end processes in the business
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of ERP systems and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Creating and maintaining process maps and work instructions to support communications, training, and change management initiatives
  • Analyzing manufacturing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending process improvements
  • Utilizing Infor CSI Syteline ERP expertise to support and enhance ERP system functionalities
  • Acting as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization
  • Providing regular updates to the ERP Project Manager and assisting with project progress tracking
  • Supporting end-users and training initiatives to drive ERP adoption and efficiency
  • Experience in supporting projects with multiple vendors on a project as part of the ERP program model.
  • Experience with ERP support: ticketing systems, reporting, KPIs during project hyper care, and then acting as the key contact for ERP support to the business
  • Support on Power BI reporting for Sales, Finance, and other business functions

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • At least 5 years of prior experience as a Business Analyst or Support Analyst in a Syteline (CSI) environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Technical expertise in Infor CSI Syteline ERP, including implementation and enhancement experience, with a focus on Manufacturing
  • Understanding of defense manufacturing processes, including master data management, order management, production planning, materials management, quality, inventory control, engineering project management, and finance
  • Proficiency in requirements analysis and process mapping tools/methodologies using Visio for process flows
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft tools (MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiarity with Project Platforms (JIRA, Zoho Project)
  • Power BI report creation from cloud data sources preferred

You will work closely with the ERP project manager and stakeholders across departments, including operations, IT, and leadership teams, reporting to the IT Director. This role requires to be On Site in NH up to 50% of the time. No Agencies please
