Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant

Location: Houston, TX 77060
Schedule: Part-Time (35 Hours Per Week)
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Strategic Protection Solutions is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Office Administrator to support our growing security company. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple tasks, and has strong communication and organizational skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping grow our brand through marketing, recruiting, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and respond to emails professionally.

Schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments.

Recruit and communicate with job applicants.

Assist with onboarding new employees.

Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and general office duties.

Support management with daily administrative tasks.

Create and schedule social media content.

Edit videos for social media and marketing.

Update the company website and upload articles.

Coordinate and host monthly meetings with field officers.

Assist with marketing projects and community outreach.

Help grow the Strategic Protection Solutions brand through creative marketing, networking, and promotional efforts.

Create, manage, and monitor email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns.

Pull and analyze reports from Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Campaigns to track performance and provide management with updates.

Assist with business development initiatives and brand awareness campaigns.

Provide basic computer and office equipment troubleshooting.

Maintain employee files, reports, and company records.

Assist with additional office projects as needed.

Qualifications
