Project + Account Manager (Hybrid Role) - Blayzer Digital
The Project + Account Manager hybrid role at Blayzer Digital combines client relationship leadership with full lifecycle project delivery. This is a high-impact position ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of strategy, operations, and client engagement-ensuring that every Blayzer project is delivered efficiently and exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Own the client relationship and oversee project execution from discovery to delivery.
โ€ข Manage scopes, budgets, and schedules while acting as the primary client contact.
โ€ข Lead kickoff meetings, status updates, and delivery presentations.
โ€ข Align client goals with production capabilities and marketing strategy.
โ€ข Forecast resource needs and collaborate with department leads for allocation.
โ€ข Identify and communicate scope changes, growth opportunities, and renewal options.
โ€ข Track performance metrics, report progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
โ€ข Contribute to continuous improvement of Blayzer's project processes and client service model.
Qualifications
โ€ข 4-7 years of blended experience in project management and account management within a digital agency.
โ€ข Strong technical understanding of web and eCommerce ecosystems (Shopify, BigCommerce, WordPress, etc.).
โ€ข Proven track record of managing multiple clients and complex web builds simultaneously.
โ€ข Advanced communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
โ€ข Experience with Zoho, Basecamp, and time tracking/reporting systems.
