Construction Project Manager / Estimator – Living Green Wall Systems

GSky® Plant Systems is a global leader in vertical living green wall systems, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions across North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.

Founded in 2004, GSky has installed or contracted more than 1,800 living green wall projects, representing nearly 450,000 square feet across 21 countries. With offices in Delray Beach, Florida, Vancouver, British Columbia, and Hamburg, Germany, the company continues to lead the way in green infrastructure for commercial and public spaces.

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager / Estimator to support the planning, estimating, and execution of green wall construction projects. This role sits at the intersection of pre-construction, estimating, and project delivery and requires strong technical knowledge, organization, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

â—Ź Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
â—Ź Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to define accurate bid scope
â—Ź Evaluate site conditions and determine appropriate green wall construction solutions
â—Ź Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
â—Ź Develop clear, competitive, and professional project proposals
â—Ź Communicate bid scope and estimates to field operations during pre-construction
â—Ź Track and analyze job costs compared to original estimates
â—Ź Support project managers and accounting teams with ongoing project coordination and reporting

Qualifications

â—Ź 5+ years of experience in construction estimating and or project management
â—Ź Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes
â—Ź Experience working with subcontractors and general contractors
â—Ź Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
â—Ź Highly detail oriented with strong analytical ability
â—Ź Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
â—Ź Experience with Zoho CRM and SketchUp is a plus
