Job description

JZaviea Reocrds Music Label is more than an agency. We deliver integrated digital marketing for artists, including playlist promotion, Music videos, YouTube optimisation, social content, influencer campaigns, radio, and brand partnerships.

We want to level up our visual storytelling. We’re looking for a talented Videographer / Video Content Producer to lead our video content creation from concept through to delivery across our clients’ campaigns.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop video content strategies and shoot plans (for social, YouTube, behind-the-scenes, teasers, promo spots, lyric visuals, etc.).
  • Plan, film, and edit video assets (short-form content, interviews, performance footage, campaign trailers).
  • Work with clients/artists to capture content on location, in studio, or live settings.
  • Create multiple versions/edits (vertical, square, shorts, teaser cuts).
  • Collaborate with the social media team to ensure video content integrates seamlessly into overall campaigns.
  • Stay aware of visual trends (motion graphics, transitions, TikTok / Reels style editing).
  • Manage the video archive, asset library, and version control.
  • Suggest creative video concepts, storyboarding, and video-driven marketing ideas.

Who You Are

  • You are an experienced videographer/editor with a showreel that demonstrates creativity across formats (social, promo, short-form).
  • Strong skills in shooting (camera, lighting, sound) and post-production (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
  • Ability to adapt style/format to platform (vertical video, shorts, cinematic cutdowns).
  • Good storytelling instincts, know how to keep viewers engaged in short formats.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-client environments.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration (you’ll work with social, PR, artists, campaign teams).
  • Passion for music and creative media (a plus).
  • Own your gear, or have access to professional cameras and equipment.
