Summary
Execaire is looking for an individual for an entry level position who can work independently to research, write and revise current and future procedures.  
Responsibilities
  • As part of the Quality Assurance team you will be responsible to collaborate with various department managers within the group to create, maintain, and revise operational manuals, policies, procedures, and other associated documents.  
  • The mandate shall also include standardizing documentation to produce clear and comprehensive procedures for all divisions of the Execaire Aviation.  
Requirements
  • Preference will be given to candidates with the following:  Experience in writing Policies and Procedures for an aviation or aerospace company. Standards such as: TCCA, JIG, ICAO, IS-BAO, IS-BAH, AS9100, ATA100. Familiar with the following tools and languages: Simplified English (SE) and Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML), MS Office, JDE, FrameMaker, Citrix Arbortext, Sharepoint.
  • College Diploma or University Degree in English, communication, technical documentation or relevant education.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English mandatory, spoken and written French an asset.
  • 2- 5 years' experience or education in the above mentioned criteria.
