About the Role:

We have a current opening for a Workplace Manager Commercial NAM and are actively reviewing applications.

The Workplace Management (WM) Manager Commercial NAM is responsible for supporting the overall workplace experience and operations across all commercial office locations. This includes oversight of workplace environments, employee-facing services, and supporting programs that enable effective ways of working and delivery of office services. 

The role combines people leadership, site operations, and project execution, ensuring workplaces are functional, consistent, and aligned with company standards.

This position is also responsible for the end-to-end implementation and coordination of Workplace Management projects across commercial locations, as well as oversight of Travel and Fleet programs across NAM ensuring alignment with company strategy, service standards, and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

People Management
   Manage and support a geographically dispersed Workplace Management team, including Workplace Specialists and Receptionists, ensuring consistent service delivery across locations.
   Act as a point of contact for locations without dedicated WM staff, helping ensure operational consistency and alignment with company standards.
   Support team development through regular check-ins, coaching, and performance management.

Workplace Operations & Experience
   Oversee daily workplace operations across commercial locations, including reception, office services, and employee support.
   Help ensure workplaces are safe, functional, and aligned with company standards.
   Provide guidance and coordination for Travel and Fleet program activities in partnership with responsible Specialists.
   Act as an escalation point for workplace-related issues as needed.

Project Management
   Coordinate workplace-related projects, including office enhancements, reconfigurations, and new initiatives. Support alignment on project scope, timelines, and responsibilities across stakeholders.
   Monitor progress and provide updates to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with business priorities.
   Support the implementation of changes related to workplace environments, tools, and ways of working. Assist in training and communication efforts to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.

Contract & Vendor Coordination
   Support management of workplace-related vendors and contracts, including monitoring service delivery and performance expectations.
   Partner with Procurement and other stakeholders to help ensure alignment with company guidelines.


Governance
   Support the implementation of workplace, travel, and fleet policies and procedures in alignment with Group standards.
   Assist in tracking key metrics and maintaining documentation related to workplace services.

Financial Management
   Support budget tracking for workplace operations and projects, including monitoring spend and identifying variances.
   Assist in forecasting and planning activities to ensure alignment with budget expectations.
   Contribute to cost awareness and efficiency initiatives across workplace, travel and fleet services.

About You:

   University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or relevant field preferred. 
   Proven experience (at least 6-8 years) in Project Management, Change Management, Facilities/Service Management, Corporate Services or relevant position.
   Strong written and verbal communications skills
   Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
   Ability to lead projects in a matrixed environment.

The base salary range for this position is $113,000 - 151,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
