Job description

Workplace Experience Manager

$100,000 - $150,000 per year | Seattle, WA | On‑Site | Permanent

A bit about us

We’re building something that hasn’t existed before. Our retained client is creating the world’s first direct‑to‑satellite Bluetooth network using off‑the‑shelf BLE chips — enabling global connectivity without gateways or cellular infrastructure. Their technology is reshaping how devices connect across logistics, agriculture, maritime, and industrial operations. Backed by top‑tier investors and led by a team with deep experience across satellite, wireless systems, and large‑scale consumer infrastructure, Hubble is entering a major growth phase as we scale from early‑stage startup into a category‑defining company.

We’re looking for people who thrive in fast‑moving environments, care deeply about ownership, and want to help build something meaningful from the ground up.

Why join us

This role sits at the center of the company.

You’ll shape the employee experience, operational infrastructure, and physical environment that powers the entire organization.

You won’t just “manage an office.” You’ll help define how Hubble operates as we scale.

This is a high‑impact opportunity for someone who:

  • loves building systems
  • thrives in startup environments
  • takes ownership naturally
  • balances strategy with execution
  • carries deeply about people experience and operational excellence

You’ll partner closely with Operations leadership and become a trusted force multiplier across the company.

Job Details What You’ll Do

Workplace & Facilities Operations

  • Own day‑to‑day HQ and warehouse/lab operations
  • Manage vendors, maintenance, supplies, food/beverage programs, security, and facilities logistics
  • Support office expansions, build‑outs, and workspace planning
  • Improve operational systems, SOPs, and workplace processes
  • Help create a safe, organized, high‑functioning environment

Employee & Visitor Experience

  • Build an exceptional experience for employees, candidates, investors, and visitors
  • Coordinate onboarding experiences, team events, all‑hands logistics, and workplace programs
  • Help shape and strengthen company culture
  • Partner with HR/People teams to support the employee lifecycle

Cross‑Functional Operations

  • Support recruiting coordination and interview logistics
  • Assist with operational initiatives across the organization
  • Partner with leadership on strategic workplace initiatives
  • Help scale the infrastructure needed for rapid company growth
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in workplace management, facilities, office operations, or related environments
  • Experience in fast‑paced startup or high‑growth environments
  • Strong vendor management and organizational skills
  • High EQ and strong communication abilities
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands‑on
  • Proven ability to improve systems and processes
  • Experience managing budgets and operational priorities
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly
Bonus Points
  • Experience supporting warehouse/lab environments
  • People Operations or HR partnership experience
  • OSHA/facilities safety familiarity
  • Passion for culture‑building and employee experience
