Position Overview
The Workplace Associate will play a key role in ensuring the office operates smoothly while providing a best-in-class experience for employees, guests, and vendors. This position combines workplace operations, employee engagement, facilities coordination, onboarding support, vendor management, and event planning responsibilities.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping people. The Workplace Associate will serve as a central resource for office operations while supporting initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
Responsibilities Of The Workplace Associate
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors.
  • Support daily workplace operations, including reception, office services, and facilities coordination.
  • Manage office access, visitor registration, and building-related requests.
  • Coordinate workplace vendors, purchase orders, and service providers.
  • Oversee pantry, food, beverage, and catering programs.
  • Conduct office walkthroughs to ensure workplace standards are maintained.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with internal events, team gatherings, volunteer initiatives, and office celebrations.
  • Coordinate conference room setups, meeting logistics, and special events.
  • Draft and distribute workplace communications and office updates.
  • Partner with internal teams to support a positive employee experience.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and office supply management.
Required Experience/Skills For The Workplace Associate
  • 1+ years of experience in workplace services, office administration, hospitality, facilities, or a professional office environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience working with vendors, purchase orders, catering providers, or office operations.
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and resolve them effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
