Location: San Francisco, CA

About the Opportunity
A mission-driven nonprofit organization is seeking a Workplace Associate to support daily office operations and facilities coordination in its San Francisco office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organized, welcoming workplace environment and thrives in a hands-on administrative and facilities-focused position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and workplace support
  • Coordinate facilities requests, office maintenance, and vendor relationships
  • Process invoices and maintain office supply inventory
  • Serve as the point of contact for office repairs and workplace requests through a ticketing system
  • Support emergency preparedness, evacuation plans, and workplace safety procedures
  • Partner with HR and IT to support employee onboarding, office moves, and workplace needs
  • Assist with creating a positive and engaging office experience for employees and visitors
  • Help coordinate office events, engagement activities, and employee gatherings
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of office, administrative, workplace, facilities, or operations experience preferred
  • Recent college graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
