Job description

IT Technician Job Number: 26-00625 Progress on your journey to success! ECLARO is currently recruiting for an IT Technician in the Abernathy, TX area for one of our clients. ECLAROโ€™s client is a leading provider of healthcare workforce software and solutions.

If youโ€™re up to the challenge, then take a chance at this rewarding opportunity! Position Overview: Company is working on a low voltage cabling, install TVs, setup workstations, set up conference rooms with Logitech Rally kits. They would need to be OSHA-10 Certified.

Responsibilities: Install, terminate, and test low voltage cabling (Cat5e / Cat6, fiber, a plus). Mount and install TVs, monitors, and digital displays. Set up and configure workstations, including hardware deployment and basic connectivity.

Install and support conference room technology, including Logitech Rally and similar AV systems. Assist with rack and stack, cable management, and equipment organization. Troubleshoot basic connectivity and hardware issues.

Coordinate with remote teams and project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of site work. Maintain documentation of installations and updates. Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience in low voltage cabling and / or IT hardware installation.

Experience installing and supporting AV equipment (TVs, conference room systems, etc.). Familiarity with workstation setup (PCs, monitors, peripherals). Ability to read basic diagrams, floor plans, or cabling layouts.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on-site. Strong communication and coordination skills. Self-starter with the ability to manage day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision.

Dependable and consistent (key for long-term onsite presence). Problem-solving mindset with a "get it doneโ€ attitude. Preferred Skills: Experience with Logitech Rally or similar conference room solutions.

Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, connectivity troubleshooting). Experience working in structured cabling environments. Certifications such as BICSI, CompTIA A, or similar.
