Job description

Job Title: Workforce Software Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX
Job Type: Contract
 
Must have Skills: Workforce Software techno functional resource, Configuration experience, Time, and attendance, (PT101 highly desirable)
 
Job Description: 
  • Strong understanding of workforce management principles-time, attendance, scheduling, etc.
  • Proficiency with configuration tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, JavaScript).
  • Experience with web service integration technologies (SOAP, REST) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • System Configuration: Set up and customize Workforce Software modules for timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and payroll based on client requirements.
  • XXX: Work with clients to understand their specific workforce management needs, challenges, and business processes.
  • Integration Development: Create and maintain interfaces to connect Workforce Software with other client systems, often using tools like Python, SQL, and web services.
Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical and configuration issues that arise after implementation.
