Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Technical Program Manager for an On-site position with a Leading Technology Solutions Provider located in Santa Clara, CA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
As a Junior Level Technical Program Manager, you will support the Simulation division by helping manage, test, and improve industry leading simulation products. You will contribute to defining best practices for product definition and delivery, project planning, and development methodologies, while representing the voice of the customer during product planning. This role requires a strong passion for planning and development, knowledge of real time technology, and sound judgment for building quality products.
Responsibilities:
  • Empower and support development teams
  • Help define and improve development processes
  • Lead feature team planning activities
  • Own documentation and roadmap planning
  • Support team training on agile processes
  • Provide delivery leadership across multiple products
  • Perform exploratory testing across multiple products

Requirements:
  • Up to four years of experience with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a demonstrated track record of leadership success
  • Passion for digital content creation and simulation technology
  • Ability to multi-task and manage complex programs
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with agile methodology
  • Ability to travel up to twenty percent for events, press tours, and customer meetings
