Job Description:

  • The MSP Specialist will be part of the Contingent Workforce Program Office supporting the day-to-day operations of the client's Contingent Workforce Program, serving as a primary point of contact for hiring managers and suppliers.
  • Responsible for requisition management, Magnit VMS administration, worker lifecycle support, and delivering a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day contingent workforce program operations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to qualify requisition needs, coordinate processes, and provide program guidance.
  • Create and manage requisitions within Magnit VMS.
  • Coordinate with staffing suppliers on candidate submissions and hiring activities.
  • Support onboarding, extensions, transfers, and offboarding of contingent workers.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Resolve issues and inquiries in a timely manner and ensure follow-through.
  • Maintain accurate worker and assignment data within the VMS.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and program requirements.
  • Support process improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Assist with reporting and data validation activities.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in MSP services, staffing account management, or contingent workforce programs.
  • Hybrid role. Work onsite and remotely based on business and client requirements.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Exceptional skills in client and stakeholder management.
  • Strong client service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience with Magnit VMS preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree OR equivalent work experience in Procurement, Contingent Workforce, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience working with Magnit VMS strongly preferred.
