A workforce manager oversees productivity at a company. Your duties are to assess, analyze, and report on employee productivity at the individual, departmental, and institutional levels. Your job is to determine how best to utilize the productivity and skills of each employee using the techniques and theories of workforce management (WFM). You track labor time using daily, weekly, and monthly measurements. The career requires keen attention to detail and communication and problem-solving skills. Other qualifications include at least a bachelor’s degree in business and experience in human resources, service provision, or production.

Work you'll do
As a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager, you will team with EERPS-Workday colleagues as well as members from the client team on comprehensive, large enterprise full-lifecycle implementation initiatives supporting FP&A transformations utilizing Deloitte's adaptive implementation approach - which emphasizes flexibility, integrated client involvement, and rapid delivery of value.

Demonstrated experience as a senior resource defining systems strategy, overseeing the collection and documentation of business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training
- Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; collaborate with pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of consulting or industry experience
- 8+ years of EPM project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning EPM
- Full lifecycle implementation experience on 6 or more projects
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience
- Workday Adaptive Planning certification or successfully completing relevant Workday certification upon joining
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

- Functional FP&A knowledge and implementation/deployment experience of EPM systems

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,600 to $265,100.
