Warehouse Associate / Team Lead Support


Position Type: Full-Time | Day Shift

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 / hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (35–40 hours/week)


  • Training Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Post-Training Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM


Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced team. This immediate opening is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who is comfortable using computer systems, operating lift equipment, handling order fulfillment, and stepping up to assist with basic administrative or team lead duties when needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment & Inventory: Accurately pull, pick, pack, and palletize orders for shipment using stock pickers and lift equipment. Restock inventory as needed.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload incoming/outgoing freight trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts (including stock pickers).
  • System Operations: Utilize two internal computer systems for tracking orders, inventory management, and log processing.
  • Customer & Carrier Communication: Perform light CSR duties, including contacting freight carriers, constructing professional emails, and sending updates to customers.
  • Leadership Support: Serve as a reliable backup to fill in for the Warehouse Manager when they are out of the office.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Resent 2 + years solid previous warehouse experience is required.
  • Equipment Certification/Experience: Strong experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts (stock pickers).
  • Computer Proficiency: Must be tech-savvy and comfortable navigating dual computer software programs.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift cartons weighing up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
