As a Management Analyst, you will:
  • Evaluate organizational operations and management processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and administrative performance.
  • Conduct studies and evaluation of administrative operations to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and provide guidance on administrative policies and procedures to support effective organizational operations.
  • Prepare administrative reports and support project planning activities related to organizational initiatives and operational requirements.
  • Advise leadership on organizational and administrative improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct analytical studies and evaluations of administrative programs and operations to improve organizational performance and resource utilization.
  • Evaluate administrative policies and legislative impacts to support effective management operations and procedural compliance.
  • Prepare management reports and oversee administrative contract activities to support organizational initiatives and compliance requirements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
GS-12 Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following:
  • Analyzing management practices, identifying operational issues, and recommending process improvements to support organizational goals.
  • Conducting organizational studies, analyzing operational data, and recommending process or system improvements.
  • Developing management guidance, interpreting administrative policies, and advising staff on procedural requirements.
  • Preparing management reports, analyzing administrative data, and supporting contract or project documentation activities.

GS-13 Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following:
  • Evaluating administrative operations, identifying management issues, and recommending solutions to improve organizational performance.
  • Analyzing management processes, conducting evaluative studies, and developing recommendations to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Reviewing policies and procedures, assessing operational impacts, and recommending administrative guidance improvements.
  • Developing administrative reports, supporting contract oversight activities, and monitoring contractor performance and deliverables.
