Status: Full-time, permanent position (40 hours)
Work hours: 8am to 5pm ET, M-F; CT if applicable

Overview
The Senior Pharmacy Performance Specialist acts as a liaison between Finance, Analytics, IT and Pharmacy. This position will focus on understanding data content and the business logic behind all data transformation for reporting. This person is responsible for developing expertise in the data and systems leveraged internally and externally for the Pharmacy Department. This position offers the opportunity to work across all lines of business and collaborate with stakeholders in numerous teams.
Additionally, the person is responsible for gathering requirements, performing analysis, supporting the development and testing of processes, and understanding and documenting the applications, data and associated technologies for the Pharmacy Department.
Education
  • Bachelor's degreeREQUIRED

Certification/License:
  • None required

Experience
  • Database Management- 2 years REQUIRED
  • Data Analysis - 2 years REQUIRED
  • Managed Care - 2 years REQUIRED
  • Experience with SQL (Intermediate-Advanced) - Writing queries from scratch preferred
  • Experience working with datasets, including understanding table relationships, joins, and data flow across systems preferred
  • Experience with Databricks experience - Data engineering / big data platform preferred
  • Experience with Excel (Intermediate-Advanced) - Data manipulation, analysis, and reporting (e.g., formulas, pivot tables) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and resolve problems using available resources preferred

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $ 80,204.80 - $133,681.60 annually . Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
