You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop holistic measurement frameworks aligned to organizational KPIs, member experience goals, and business outcomes. Ensure measurement approaches reflect enterprise priorities and support cross channel analytics
  • Act as a subject matter expert on analytics best practices, enabling comprehensive visibility into member behaviors across digital journeys, call interactions, chat, surveys, and claims
  • Support product, operations, consumer experience, and digital teams with recurring and ad hoc reporting, deep dives, and insights that answer key business questions
  • Develop learning, experimentation, and optimization plans in partnership with data science, CX, digital product, and business stakeholders
  • Promote data driven decision making across the organization and build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders
  • Establish measurable goals and success frameworks that connect analytics insights to ROI and tangible business impact
  • Gain deep understanding of digital and service experience ecosystems, including website architecture, call drivers, chat flows, survey signals, and claims related interactions, to contextualize insights and identify root causes
  • Manage expectations, timelines, and scope effectively while leading analytical workstreams. 
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and insight readouts across product, technical, operations, and design stakeholders
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects and collaborate effectively with distributed, cross functional teams
  • Communicate findings clearly through multiple channels (presentations, dashboards, email summaries) and escalate issues proactively
  • Monitor trends across digital experience, service operations, consumer behavior, analytics technologies, and generative AI to identify new opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of analytics experience, ideally spanning digital, call center, or multi channel environments
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe, Google Analytics, or other digital experience platforms, plus familiarity with service analytics or operations data sources
  • Demonstrated experience managing the analytics lifecycle, including testing methodologies, experimentation, and optimization
  • Proficiency with common productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate SQL skills and curiosity to explore, validate, and combine datasets across digital, telephony, chat, survey, and claims systems
  • Proven solid problem solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for uncovering insights that improve customer experience and organizational performance

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
