Job Title: People Analytics Consultant OR Senior Consultant

Location: Columbus, OH

Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Tuesday - Thursday

Job Summary

The People Analytics Consultant/Senior Consultantis responsible fortransformingpeopledata into actionable insights that support Human Resources business partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and business leaders. This role integrates data from multiple systems to create dashboards, analytics models, visualizations, and scenario plans that inform people-related decisions across the organization.

Depending on experience and qualifications, the successful candidate will be hired at either the Consultant or Senior Consultant level. Senior-level incumbents are expected to lead more complex analytics initiatives, influence stakeholder decision-making, and drive enhancements topeopleanalytics capabilities and processes.

Essential Functions

  • Collects, cleans,validates, and manages data for analysis, modeling, reporting, and dashboard development.

  • Utilizes data from multiple sources to design, create,maintain, andoptimizedashboards and analytics products.

  • Develops and implements data visualizations to effectively communicate insights using Workday, Power BI, and other tools.

  • Produces presentations and reporting materials that deliver actionable insights and support business decision-making.

  • Presents and translates complex data findings to audiences at all levels of the organization.

  • Partners with Human Resources COEs and business stakeholders to solve people-related challenges through data and analytics.

  • Manages and analyzes data across various systems to assess organizational trends and stakeholder impacts.

  • Creates andmaintainsHR metrics, scorecards, and insights for key stakeholders.

  • Executes data governance and data strategy initiatives within the HR function.

  • Supports employee listening strategies, including survey administration, analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Develops statistical, predictive, machine learning, and AI-enabled models that create business value and support organizationalobjectives.

  • Identifiesopportunities to improve data quality, automate processes,optimizemetrics, and enhance analytics capabilities.

** Additional Responsibilities at the Senior Level**

  • Leads complex analytics initiatives and large-scalepeopledata projects.

  • Develops predictive models and scenario planning toidentifyrisks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.

  • Leads calibration activities and promotes data integrity and consistency across HR processes.

  • Makes recommendations to improve organizational and stakeholder performance based on analytics findings.

  • Identifiesopportunitiestomature employee listening practices, including advanced survey analytics, sentiment analysis, and behavioral data analysis.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, ora relatedfield.

  • Experience - Consultant:2-3 years of relevant experience.Senior Consultant:4-6 years of relevant experience in a data-oriented analytics role involving statistics, analytics, reporting, or data modeling

  • Experience with HR metrics, workforce analytics, surveys, systems, data interpretation, and trend analysis.

  • Experience developing algorithms, quantitative models, or analytical frameworks.

  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and collaborating with stakeholders at multiple levels.

  • Proficiencywith Power BI, Workday, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to tell compelling stories with data and influence decision-making.

  • Demonstrated experience presenting insights to leadership audiences.

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision while effectively prioritizing multiple responsibilities.

  • Strong attention to detail, collaboration skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics and change management principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree ina relateddiscipline.

  • Experience with statistical or programming languages such as R, Python, or SPSS.

  • Experience with Workday reporting and analytics.

  • ExperienceleveragingAI tools, including Microsoft Copilot.

$82,200.00 - $144,900.00

*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity.
