As we continue our rapid growth, we're looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Workforce Manager to optimize staffing, improve operational efficiency, and maximize revenue across our Inside Sales organization.

What You'll Do

As our Workforce Manager, you'll own workforce planning for a high-volume, revenue-driven contact center. You'll ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to maximize productivity and customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Forecast call, lead, and workload volume using historical data, seasonality, and business trends
  • Develop staffing models that support company growth and operational goals
  • Create and manage agent schedules across multiple teams and campaigns
  • Monitor real-time operations and make staffing adjustments to maintain service levels
  • Analyze workforce performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Recruiting, and Leadership on hiring and staffing strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, scheduling processes, and workforce utilization
  • Identify trends and proactively recommend operational improvements
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in Workforce Management within a contact center or inside sales environment
  • Strong forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management experience
  • Experience with Five9 and/or Workforce Management (WFM) software
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical abilities
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms preferred
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights to leadership
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
