Workers’ Comp Attorney (Flexible/Remote)

As a Workers' Compensation Attorney, you will work in a primarily remote environment, with as-needed travel for meetings, depositions and appearances.

Compensation

 

  • $150,000 - $220,000 / year
  • Quarterly Bonus Opportunities.
  • Lunch & Learn opportunities for billing credit.
  • 90 hours of annual billing credit available upon meeting eligibility requirements.

Daily Objectives

 

  • Manage the WC process from beginning to end, including all aspects of discovery and litigation.
  • Work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.
  • Utilize Attorney-led technology built for WC cases, including AI solutions.
  • Take and defend Depositions.
  • Advocate for clients in hearings, mandatory settlement conferences, hearings and trials.

Skills & Experience

  • 3 – 5+ years of CA Workers’ Comp experience.
  • Active license and in good-standing with the California State Bar.
  • Juris Doctorate Degree.
  • Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Commitment to proactive case management.
