Payroll Integration experience

 
We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Workday Project Manager to manage a large-scale Workday integration landscape
comprising 300+ integrations across various modules including HCM, Payroll,
Talent, and Recruiting. This role requires experience managing Workday Phase 0
implementation projects, particularly data conversion and integrations build
management. The candidate must have, along with strong leadership, stakeholder
management skills, and good Project management experience to coordinate between
various business stakeholders and implementation partners. Having a deep
technical expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and API
integrations will be a plus.
 
Job Description: Workday Integrations Lead
·        
Develop and implement a
comprehensive strategy for data conversions and Integrations during the Workday
implementation.
·        
Develop and execute
validation and reconciliation plans to ensure the accuracy and completeness of
data post-migration and identify and resolve any discrepancies.
·        
Effectively Track &
Manage 300+ Integrations build and deployment
·        
Manage all aspects of
the data conversion project, including planning, resource allocation, risk
management, and communication.
·        
Strong experience in
managing the Workday Cutover
·        
Collaborate with
business stakeholders, IT teams, and Workday consultants to gather
requirements, provide updates, and address concerns regarding data conversion
and Integrations.
·        
Maintain a thorough
understanding of Workday's functionality, data structures, and integration
capabilities.
·        
Lead Data Conversion
& Integration team and collaborate with the Workday implementation team and
testing team by providing guidance, training, and support, while fostering a
collaborative and high-performing team environment.
·        
Establish processes and
standards to monitor and track integration build against the schedule
·        
Oversee the rules for
data cleansing, transformation logic, and validation procedures.
·        
Oversee the data mapping
specifications to convert data from legacy systems (preferably PeopleSoft) into
the Workday data model.
Qualification:
·        
Bachelor’s degree in
computer science, information systems, or a related field.
·        
Over 10+ years of
experience in data conversion, migration and Integrations specifically focusing
on Workday Phase 0 implementations for large clients
·        
Proven experience in
leading Integrations projects from start to finish.
·        
Excellent analytical,
problem-solving, and communication skills.
·        
Ability to work both
independently and as part of a team.
·        
Strong leadership and
project management skills, encompassing planning, scheduling, and risk
management.
·        
Experience in
Integrations build & coordination with all involved stakeholders
·        
Experience with Workday
implementation projects that had PeopleSoft as the legacy system is preferred.
·        
Below is a plus:
o    Understanding of data conversion methodologies, data quality
principles, and data governance practices.
o    Experience with Workday's data conversion tools, including the
Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Advanced Loads in Customer Central.
o    Workday certification in Integration is a plus.
