Role: Technical Lead Cum Architect - Workday integration
Location: San Ramon, CA
Onsite role- 4 Days a week from Office based out in San Ramon CA
Role Summary: Seeking an expert Workday Integration Architect to lead technical team onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of integration developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Complex Architecture: Architect end-to-end integration solutions using Workday Studio, maintaining high standards for error handling and data security.
API Management: Manage and optimize Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) and sophisticated XSLT transformations.
Project Delivery: Oversee the full SDLC for integration projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-production support.
Key Requirements:
Certification: Workday Integration or Studio Certification is highly preferred.
Technical Expertise: Very good understanding of Workday Studio, PECI, WECI, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation.
Onsite Presence: Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week in the Bay Area to foster team collaboration and rapid decision-making.
