Phare OS, a modular, intelligent automation platform that applies AI across the full revenue cycle, solutions include: Autonomous medical coding and CDI, Intelligent prior authorization, Denial prevention and appeals, and workflow orchestration across front- and back-end revenue cycle functions.

  • Define and lead our demo strategy, designing demo experiences that align to buyer personas, real use cases, and evolving product capabilities in partnership with Product
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure demos and messaging reflect what the platform does today and where it's going next
  • Support high-priority deals by tailoring demos, pitch materials, and narratives for strategic opportunities and executive audiences
  • Build and scale enablement programs that keep Commercial teams fluent in product, positioning, and messaging as the platform evolves
  • Own the quality and consistency of all commercial materials (demos, decks, and assets), ensuring polish, accuracy, and alignment across teams

What you'll bring
  • Experience translating complex product and technical capabilities into clear, compelling commercial narratives
  • Background in sales engineering, solutions consulting, product marketing, enablement, or sales strategy within healthcare technology or enterprise software (5+ years)
  • A track record of optimizing product demos, pitch materials, and customer-facing storytelling
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to lead and support senior-level customer conversations as needed
  • Proven success operating cross-functionally and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Client Delivery, and Marketing
  • Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments, balancing immediate deal support with building scalable, repeatable enablement processes

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $113,520.00 - $181,244.55 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
