Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplishedย EPIC Beaker Willow Project Manager.

Position: EPIC Beaker Willow Project Manager (Job Id - #ย 3347405)

Location: San Francisco CA 94104 (Hybrid -1-2 Days onsite)

Duration: 6 months + Strong Possibility of Extension

  • Hybrid Role; 1-2 days per week based on project need.
  • Schedule: Mon - Fri, day shift position with flexibility based on project needs.

Description:

  • Looking for 2 candidates. One will be assigned to Lab and one for Pharmacy.
  • This project will focus on the centralization of both Lab and Pharmacy operations to the Oyster Point location.
  • This initial term for these contractors will be 6 months with an overall project Go-live Fall of 2028.

Qualifications:

  • The Project Managers should have significant PM experience with EPIC Beaker and Willow build/implementation/optimization respectively.
  • PMP preferred and EPIC PM experience required.
