Your Mission: As our next Epic Beaker Lab Applications Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the Beaker application team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Epic Beaker applications to optimize laboratory workflows, enhance patient care outcomes, and drive complex initiatives from planning through execution. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team supporting Epic Beaker CP and AP applications, as well as integrated third-party solutions, including Data Innovations and SoftBank. You will also build strong relationships with clients and vendors while leading change management efforts that align with organizational goals and support long-term success.

What Youโ€™ll Do Day-to-Day:

Leverage expertise in Epic Beaker to optimize workflows, improve patient care, and manage complex projects.

Lead a high performing team, foster relationships with vendors, and effectively manage change initiatives to align with organizational goals.

Oversee the strategic direction and management of the application team.

Leverage knowledge of Epic Foundation and Epic applications to optimize workflows and improve patient care.

Manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Foster strong relationships with other leaders, customers, and third party vendors to maximize the value of investments.

Effectively manage change initiatives, minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption.

Partners with connect program manager to assist in connect program development.

Education:

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Healthcare Information Technology, Business, Health Administration, Engineering, or a related field; or an Associateโ€™s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.

This is a Permanent position based out of Syracuse, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $100.00/hr.
