Job description

Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 26 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets.

We are growing and currently seeking a seasoned bilingual Customer Service Representative for our building materials distribution center in Grand Prairie. This role will also regularly support Will Call operations in the warehouse, providing hands-on assistance to customers and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative (bilingual) engages customers via phone, email, and in person to promote and sell Rugby Architectural Building Products to both new and existing customers.

What You Will Do:

  • Complete all associated paperwork and routine progress reports as needed
  • Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Analyze the requests and choices of every customer and suggest suitable products
  • Make efforts to achieve the short-term sales targets and improve goodwill of the organization
  • Establish friendly relations with customers and maintain ongoing relations with the customers

What kind of Counter Sales and Customer Service Rep do we need?

  • 5+ years of customer service, will call, inside sales or administrative experience
  • 2+ years proven building material knowledge preferred
