Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting quality healthcare? At Atterbury Job Corps, our Medical Clerks provide essential administrative and clinical support to the Wellness Department, helping ensure students receive the care they need while maintaining strict confidentiality and full compliance with HIPAA regulations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Provide administrative support for the Wellness Department, including answering phones, greeting visitors and patients, scheduling appointments, processing mail, and preparing reports
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and properly filed student health records in compliance with Company, PRH, and HIPAA guidelines
  • Perform basic clinical tasks as directed, including monitoring vital signs, recording patient history, and collecting lab specimens
  • Assist the Wellness Manager in coordinating medical, mental, and dental services for students
  • Provide first aid treatment and basic bedside patient care as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary Wellness Services environment
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information and compliance with all applicable privacy laws

WHAT YOU BRING
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Advanced degrees (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications and computer literacy (required)
