Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily Signia Restore Operations: Manage guest service, product quality, inventory, systems, and departmental budgets to ensure smooth and effective wellness performance
  • Maximize revenue opportunities: Develop wellness menus and implement marketing and merchandising strategies to support revenue growth and enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain wellness facilities: Ensure wellness areas and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and in excellent working order
  • Enhance guest satisfaction: Monitor service trends, respond to feedback, and implement improvements to elevate the overall wellness experience
  • Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, engage, and retain a high-performing team
  • Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
